into relationships – with innovation and automation, and eventually reformation of the way we all use payments in our everyday lives.
Company is an integrated payments provider offering superior plug-in solutions for the UK rental sector, collecting payments through Direct Debits and taking away the hassle of error-prone daily reconciliation tasks.

Company needs
An effective team and strategy were necessary for the Duesday app to give users the freedom and control they deserved. As a result, the team consisted of experienced financial experts, a UX director, and people with expertise in creative work, technology, marketing, and sales to launch an ongoing process of research, testing, and product development.
Our input
We provided our research, insights, and potential solutions to the problems that needed to be solved in order to deliver an added value to the successful development of the product. In addition, by offering a user interface design that is based on the data, research, and wireframes obtained by the team, more assurance is provided that the design matches the company’s brand identity. Testing for usability was a crucial part of the process of developing a new product. The goal of this testing was to establish which improvements were required in order to improve both the functionality of the prototype and the amount of satisfaction it brought to end users.
